I transferred here from seabhs. There are many things that are better here than seabhs. TV Med review counseling in some ways more professionally run. The receptionist is friendly. The TV psych nurse practitioner way better than seabhs far more professional. However it does lack peer support which I got from seabhs that does not seem to be happening here at least after 2 months. I think if you are brand new to behavioral health seabhs would be better because you have immediate care from peer support. But if you have been in behavioral health for a long time and want to make progress you do better here at Acts lately they're calling themselves Community Partners. Receptionist is much more friendly here but they do not have regular Cochise County land lines. Seabhs is more easily accessible by telephone but not as friendly as acts once they answer . Acts is far more realistic than seabhs because they do seem to be interested in some actual progress and more proactive treatment. But there does not seem to be any peer support RSS or somebody to call for some urgent support.

They have been instrumental in my post hospital treatment. The staff has always been courteous and kind to me and have made sure I had what I needed. My case manager Liz is one of the few people on earth that I trust on this earth. As far as I'm concerned, she's part of the family.
