The best treatment ever, they always are trying to better their services, and the cashier, Martha, is very nice, the director is very professional and kind, and the counselor's are really helpful, specially Irma, she is one of the best being able to help, and Susie and Mr Choi, the best nurse's, Mr Ruben is very helpful too, everybody is great, and the doctors are doing a great job! I go on Friday 's, so the people I didn't mention is because I don't see them.

Medmark El Paso is a great place to seek treatment. Friendly, helpful and nonjudgmental staff are excellent at what they do and attentive to patients needs. Highly recommended this treatment center!

i love methadone!!!! i have been an opiate user for 18 or more yrs.,i have tried everything to quit using, treatment centers, i really wanted to stop. my mother was the only one left in my life that still hadn't given up on me.she brought me to the clinic in El paso Texas, Grace Diaz, welcomed me with open arms, i will never forget her level of kindness. i have been on methadone since November 2008....i have gotten many things accomplished, college, reunite with my daughter she is one of my biggest supporters of methadone, she is graduating nursing school in May Of 2018.i am decreasing methadone now, and believe i am ready, i remember Grace Diaz had me promise her i would not just stop cold turkey, i 100 percent support methadone, its an amazing drug i also do jail ministry, and i tell those girls as well, i am a believer of God, but i also believe when you have used opiates for awhile you need help with ,(methadone) as well... GRACE DIAZ will forever have a place in my heart for showing me the way to a healthier life, thank you to her and all the staff!!!!! love you Medmark!!!!

I Guillermo Williams, since I've joined the MedMark Methadone Program it has changed my life for the better. I recommend this program to anyone who is in need of help and I also wanted to thank my counselor Gloria for guiding me and counseling me to the right path if possible request Gloria she's a great counselor !

Hi. How's everybody doing. I'm great. I wanted to start of by first saying that this program has really helped me so much. That's because there is a great and understanding staff. They don't judge u at all. And WOW!!!! what can I say about my counselor GLORIA.. She has been a big part of my recovery. Since day 1 she helped me set a goal. A goal about how to see life without getting high and where I want to go or do. Right now I'm going down the path that I had set out for. And I couldn't have done it without GLORIA and the program and staff. GLORIA is real understanding, professional, and good hearted person. She makes the program and my goal real easy. She is always there with the best advise or solutions. If i would of felt that she wasn't the one that could help me. I would of left the program a long time ago. She is an Angel sent from heaven o and of course Medmark. To any addict looking for a new life, or better this is the place. And GLORIA is the counselor to go to. She is so amazing. Thank u for what u have done. I'll forever be thankful. God bless your heart.OMG.. i completely forgot to mention about the very caring staff. They are the ones that keep the program awesome. Its always nice to walk in every morning and see MARTHA with her nice smile and great personality. She is so nice. Another person is Mr. Ruben he is also in a good mood. As well as our Director Ms. Gracie , she so sweet and professional. In general, everybody are real nice. From the nurses to the counselors to the billing. I couldnt ask for a better clinic.... I would like to say. That my experience. At medmark has been a very positive. And helpful in my staying clean and. Sober. I've been. At this clinic for five years. And since I've had my latest and current counselor Mrs. Gloria Portillo. Has been a big part of my recovery she has been there whenever she has help me in so many thing she is very well spoken courteous. And professional. Also the whole staff at medmark is very professional.

The staff at this clinic are amazing, but the company that has taken recently taken over has made things so much worse for the patients. The computer system the new company has put to use messes up all the time, and one time it took hours to fix because noone at technical support for Medmark would amswer the phone. As to the response Medmark made to Crystals review, saying the prices have NOT gone up is a complete lie. It used to be $65 dollars a week and I pay a month at a time, so I would pay $260; now it's gone up to $70 a week and I pay $280 a week. Also, Medmark made all these promises that several insurances woukd be accelted, but so far only medicaid is accepted. The staff hasn't changed, but the owner has and they have brought our clinic from a solid 8 or 9, down to a 5 and that's being generous. Thank God for Martha, Gloria, the nurses, and all the other staff because if they had been replaced more than half the patients would have switched to a different clinic.

The staff and nurses here are among the best and their care and level of concern is unmatched! They're efficient, in knowledgeable, and there was never mich of a wait. They went above and beyond to assist me in some personal matters and when I needed to travel. Highly recommend!

So far ok and very accommodating especially my counselor and Grace Diaz who was my counselor a long time before and was very pro-active.

This clinic is wonderful. There are, unfortunately, only two methadone clinics in the city of El Paso. Over the years, I have been at a patient both. If you're trying to decide between the two, I highly recommend this one-- it is FAR superior than the other clinic, Aliviane. Although it's quite a bit pricier, it's worth it to get the wonderful treatment they provide. The staff at El Paso Methadone are kind, friendly, and treat the patients with caring and loving respect. The doctor is VERY intelligent and knowledgeable about Opiate addiction and the correct way to treat it. The doctor at Aliviane, though I believe he means well, is very unresponsive and apathetic toward patients' concerns. Sadly, when attending Aliviane, patients are treated like CRIMINALS by most of the staff-- the WORST way to go about helping a recovering addict. But at El Paso Methadone Maintenance, clients are treated like worthwhile human beings. I can not express enough how amazing this clinic is.

It's a good place and very ethical

Its wonderful...especially if you're moving here and you have take home bottles, because this is the only facility that will recognize them. Avilene will make you start over form the very beginning!
